Brad Hill has been an active licensed Maui Realtor® in the state of Hawaii since 2002, both on the islands of Maui and Oahu. He is a full time South Maui real estate agent with the Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers office in the Wailea Town Center. He represents buyers and sellers island-wide, but is a specialist in the South Maui communities of Wailea, Makena, Kihei, Maui Meadows, Maalaea and in the West Maui communities of Kapalua, Kaanapali, Lahaina, Kahana, Napili and Honokowai Hawaii.
Brad first moved to Maui in 1995 from Southern California and made home in the rolling-green hills of Haiku on the North Shore Coast. This has to be one of his favorite places on Maui to live. He has also lived in the Maui communities of Spreckelsville, Kuau, Makawao, Kula, Pukalani, Kahului, Kihei, Maui Meadows and Wailea. For several years he lived on the island of Oahu in the East Oahu marina community of Hawaii Kai.
